Not only did they fulfill every single one of my father’s last wishes but Tricia was so patient; understanding; and thorough with me during every step. I am so thankful for the love and aloha they provided us as we said goodbye to my father who spent his life on Kauai. The whole team went above and beyond for me and my family during the hardest time of my life and I could never thank them enough. Even after the process was complete they called me to follow-up. Our experience with Borthwick mortuary was nothing short of amazing. My mother was on hospice and I had spoken with Lisa prior to her passing to get information and she was so nice over the phone and then I went in and met her in person and she had such a warm and caring presence that made me feel so comfortable. Dealing with a loved ones passing is never easy but Lisa made the experience very easy and was very caring and kind through the whole process. I am beyond thankful for her kindness and would recommend her and the Borthwick team to anyone who needs their services!
