I realize it takes a special and intuitive person to work with grieving families such as ours. When I had questions or concerns he was always available to help and assist me through this process, which was so difficult for me and my family. Because of his positive attitude and attention to detail we were able to have the confidence that our father's ashes would be treated with dignity and respect.
