Neptune society handled my father's arrangements. They were great, everything was done in a timely fashion. The only problem was their facility has a weird smell to it. I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But the second time I came in the smell was very offensive. They should really look into it, not trying to be rude but it quite possibly was an employees breath

When my grandmother died back in 2016, Neptune Society of Central CA (Fresno office) handled everything. Things went flawlessly. Their personnel were able to collect my grandma in less than 2 hours, and they took care of everything. I highly recommend them. I understand that there is a different organization that has a similar name (namely, "The" Neptune Society). I wonder if the ratings this company has received are a better reflection of the other company, given my positive experience with them.
