Putting my father to rest may have been hard, but Blanchard-Strabler made it a truly comforting experience. They were flexible, empathetic, kind, etc. I honestly cannot say enough. I didn't feel like they were trying to go after my pockets. They truly cared to make sure my father had respectful and dignified service while also making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!!

Sue is the nicest, most easiest person to work with. When our dad was in his final days, we drove up from Florida. Sue setup all the arrangements, contacted and worked with the cemetery and had most everything in place when we arrived. When dad passed, she was so caring. It seemed like she was family caring for her own. She contacted the military color guard on our behalf - which was a very nice way to honor our dad and his military service. Can not thank her enough for her professionalism and care.

Dared to call me a bad mom when my child is behaving as a child. Not being disrespectful or disruptive, not yelling or even running. I politely told her that there was a better way to speak to the children in attendance, only to be told that I should “do a better job as a mother.” !?!? Miss Sue “whoever” needs check herself at this establishment. People are already grieving and you have the utter nerve to question my parenting? When my child isn’t even misbehaving! The rudeness from a so called “professional” at a funeral home…it is beyond disgusting and much more than disappointing to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. At a time when you are supposed to helping people through their grieving process, I am absolutely horrified by the ill treatment of this woman.
