Dana and Ansberg-West did a great job taking care of my Dad's funeral. Intake was very quick, easy and compassionate as Dana guided us through the process. My mom, brother and I all had ideas for what we wanted to include in the visitation and service and Dana made sure everything we wanted happened. She even worked with us to pipe classic rock - my Dad's favorite - into the viewing room, which we know he would have loved. I hesitate to call a funeral "good," but it was certainly perfect for my Dad and for our family. Losing my Dad has been hard but Dana made all of the logistics of his services easy so it was one less thing my family had to worry about. She was also very accommodating when we wanted a little extra time and was very kind and comforting to all of us. We really appreciate everything.

During a very challenging time in life, Ansberg West was outstanding with our mom’s funeral & arrangements. Everything they said they would do; they did. They were friendly, professional & took care of the administrative affairs that took much off our shoulders. I can’t thank them enough. While the loss of our loved one wasn't unexpected, it did come quicker than we anticipated and the people at Ansberg-West helped us through every step of the process. From choosing the best casket/vault to selecting between a full service or simple graveside, they listened to our thoughts and concerns and talked us through making the best decisions for us. They also worked with us in regards to payment. We had some confusion and concerns with the collection of the life insurance policy we were using to pay for the service and Ansberg-West took the majority of that burden off of our shoulders and worked with the insurance company directly so we could focus on other things. My family will use no one else going forward and highly recommend Ansberg-West to anyone in need of funeral services.
