Having lost both my parents within a year and a half, there was no one more compassionate and caring than Phillip Bisch. From the first phone call to when it came time to plan their combined Celebration of Lives, his professionalism, attention to detail, patience, and guidance throughout the entire process was amazing. Phillip really showed his continued excellence for our family when he took time away from his own family to facilitate the service. Not only was Phillip present at the service, but took the time to personally deliver all of the flowers to the reception that followed. I was VERY happy with my experience at Bisch Funeral Home. We used them for pre-planning and for a graveside burial service. They also facilitated my father's remains to be transported from Ohio to Illinois and it went without a hitch.
