This past weekend I had to go through the difficult and sad time of using your services. Dayana and Nancy took care of me and I am so grateful to them for the compassionate, respectful and understanding way they treated me. The entire process was made easier because of them. Do not do any business here. We had to get moms body out. They canceled our contract with Mom's wake paid for. We had to spend so much money to find a new place. They are a nightmare. They are the worst. Please do not do business. They treated us horribly. This was the worst experience of our lives. Please do not go through what we went through. Evil place and evil people. The most heinous experience ever.

Please stay away from this place, remember you get what you pay for. The so call director is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. In the moment of grief, this is the last place you want to go too. They tell you one price and when you get there they up charge for every little thing. Just for asking a question, they plainly told us with attitude, you can leave and go somewhere else, these are our prices. We complained about the price and she (so call director) just told us to leave, that they are not helping us. In this field of work, I have never ever seen someone as rude and unprofessional. This so call director should NOT be working there. But after reading some of the other comments, it looks like they are famous for being so unprofessional. They do have the worst reputation in the city, just ask around.
