Today I worked with kyle to make arrangements for my dad i chose a simple cremation; he was so kind and considerate, he even showed me a few things about the funeral home and how it operates, Could not have been happier with the process I definitely think my dad's remains will be in good hands. This funeral home definitely cares about their customers. They worked with me to get me a reasonable price that I could afford they're wonderful people definitely would recommend.

the only reason why i am giving a two star because some of the staff were extremely nice. otherwise i am highly disappointed, when we had my father in laws service here they put up empty flower placers, then they put the wrong suffix on the little paper sheets, the Funeral officiant could not pronounce our last name and was just talking to talk, even though he was nice it just was more embarrassing because our family laughed. we have been asking for a death certificate since the beginning of the month just for them to tell us they called us ONE TIME.. that was TWENTY days ago.. Didn't try again, didn't give me a call when i told them to as an alt. Just very disappointing. The price was fair. Kevin the director was super nice and helpful when things needed to be fixed, but look other places before you decide here. **EDIT to the response of the business. I did call you all and advised you to call me if my husband was not available, and no one did. I also was there and my number was written down as an ALT number but again no one was called. I even remember Kevin the director putting my number down. I spoke to a woman who also said she would call me.. I understand people call you back but after TWENTY DAYS and there was no call back you all didn’t think to CALL AGAIN to let us know? I get the pronunciation thing, that’s understandable.
