It's a beautiful place and the people are very nice and caring but we've been trying to reach their "for immediate matters" number for hours this a.m. as my grandfather passed in the night and they haven't answered nor is it even possible to leave a message. It just rings and hangs up on you. Very hard while my grandmother is grieving so hard since 4a.m. with my kids in the same house to boot. I probably would not use them in the future.

During the most difficult day of my life, Tammy and Beth came out immediately and comforted me. Tammy, and the entire team at Autumn Green took the absolute best care of my sister, and walked my family through the entire process with compassion, kindness, and love. We never felt alone, and knew we could call at any hour with any question, no matter how small. The team stood by us and helped up make decisions, remembered all the things that we couldn't think of at the time, and never stopped making us feel like we were their family. I can't thank them enough, or recommend them enough to anyone. They are truly the kindest and most compassionate group of people I have ever worked with. Our sincerest thanks to Tammy, Beth, Ann, and everyone else at Autumn Green.

The feel of this funeral home is comfort. Greeted consistently with utmost respect and professionalism, Tammy and her staff have been there for several family members, most recently Mom. Having only dealt with one other funeral home as a family member, and having friends who own other properties, I honestly had no idea that this experience could be anything more than cold - A business transaction in which you're offered standard condolences and a painted on smile. In a world of high priced, stale environments, Autumn Green offers a comfortable home to sit and discuss the life lost, concerns, questions, and a cup of coffee with someone who feels like an old friend.
