Bibber Memorial Chapel arranged everything after the loss of my father with kindness, compassion and professionalism. We didn’t have to worry about anything and Doug made every accommodation to make our family feel comfortable and cared for during a difficult time. To the Bibber family and their staff: you are excellent at what you do and our community is blessed to have you serve them.

I have had a professional relationship with Bibber Memorial Chapel and the Bibber family for over 30 years. Having been a primary care physician in the area, I have interacted with the Bibber family literally hundreds of times. I find them to be of the highest moral and ethical character. I have witnessed their handling of many families, including my own, at their most vulnerable times and I can say without hesitation they are amongst the most caring and compassionate individuals I know. I have witnessed first hand, acts of kindness and dignity toward the deceased that went far beyond what I or ethical standards would have expected. Without hesitation I support the Bibber family and Bibber Memorial Chapel.

I have such a deep appreciation for Bibber Memorial Chapel. They have handled many, many funeral services for my family; grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and sadly my young nephew. Each and every experience has been handled with respect, dignity and care. When my mom died, Doug actually came back from his vacation with his family to personally take care of her. She died in her home. They left behind a silk rose and carried her in a beautiful quilt. When my nephew passed in Washington DC, they were a tremendous help in getting him back home and processing all the paperwork. My dad died after a long illness. They made my last memory of him so positive by really presenting him the way he looked when he was healthy. I’m forever grateful for that last image. These are just a few examples of my experience with them. You will never encounter a more respectful, compassionate, professional and caring place.
