I have entrusted Matt and his staff to care for my entire family. A little over 4 years ago A Natural State Funeral Services took care of my mother, who passed away very unexpectedly. Matt helped make sure she had a wonderful service and that I had everything I needed to take care of all her business moving forward. He sat down with my dad and I shortly after her services so that my dad could preplan his own arrangements. It gave my dad peace of mind knowing that when his time came I wouldn’t be faced with so many decisions compiled by grief. When the time came, far sooner than we would have ever thought, Matt and his staff took excellent care of my dad and honored all of his wishes. Two days after we buried my father and we had to call panicked over the sudden unexplained loss of my only sibling and dealing with a new level of grief and uncertainties, Matt was more than willing to help. He kept constant contact with me with updates from the medical examiner and helped try to get him into their care. The relief I felt just knowing when he was transferred into their care is due to knowing he would be taken care of with the upmost respect. Valerie in the office has been a huge help handling things behind the scenes. I wouldn’t have known where to begin if it wasn’t for her help. Hands down, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family.

William took great care of us during two family deaths this year. Highly recommend. People are literally dying to do business with him!
