I was pleased with how quickly questions were answered and how patient and accommodating everyone was. The people who were present the day of the service were wonderful! To the relief of dad's family, all of the details listed in his prepaid plan were met.

If I could give minuses I would! My sister in law, Brenda Burrows, died on 3/16/2024. The cost of the cremation was exorbitant and they kept adding charges they forgot to tell us about. It was a graveside service. We were told they’d take the family in the limo to the pavilion. We waited and waited, then when it was clear that people were arriving, we drove ourselves to the pavilion where the flowers had fell over, getting the table all wet. We had to ask for them to bring the guest book and memory cards so many of the guests didn’t get to sign. They gave us no thank you cards that we had paid for so they had to deliver them and put in our mailbox. We were supposed to get a lined box to put all the cards, etc in and had to call for that too. Now almost three months has passed and the monument hasn’t been engraved. Do yourself a favor and check around - the Dignity they mention in their ads is a farce.

Very calm and comfortable. Employees are nice and very helpful in making funeral plans and making sure the services and visitation go as planned.
