Steve, Nicole and Drew are absolute angels. My husband, John, passed away in one week and we never talked about end of the life plans. This amazing trio treated me like family from the beginning - helping me cope and plan to give my John and amazing send off. Their location is warm and inviting and you feel comforted by that. A week ago, I lost my father unexpectedly. With such a surprise, my family called Steve Bones within moments and started a seamless process. The next day, Steve met with my family and helped facilitate the tough decisions that we had to make on such short notice. Steve and team made sure to handle the entire process with care and compassion. On the day of the viewing and funeral, Steve was there at every step for each of our questions and requests. Steve was accessible for any concern while remaining respectful of our family and our deceased family member. Many people involved in the funeral commented on how professional and accommodating Steve was during the entire weekend.
