If I could give these amazing human beings, more than four stars, I would. We recently lost our child and the level of love, respect, and compassion they showed our family was so comforting. Our child was released from the morgue at 3 o’clock and they had him in their facility by four. They told us that they didn’t want him in that place for a minute longer than he had to be there. They wanted him somewhere where he could be considered family and treated as such. His viewing went over its time, and they didn’t say anything about that. They gave us space, and grace, and unwavering kindness. I hope that none of you ever have to lose a child. But Andriessen’s helped soften the devastation for our family. 🖤 RIP Allen.

We have known the Andreason family for decades. When my brother died in 1972, "Andy" Andreason was in charge of his funeral arrangements and they were perfect. In 2010 my dad died in Washington state and this January 2018 my dear mama also died in Washington. Son Jeff Andreason was in charge of the funeral arrangements in Eugene. I cannot say enough nice things about this family or about how they are so professional and caring at the same time. EVERY detail was attended to and then some nice ones we didn't expect -- like them having the big square "tent" roof up over our mama's gravesite for the family-only graveside service because it was POURING rain that morning! We didn't think we would need it but when we all arrived we sure were glad it was there! We would have all been soaked!!!

I used Andreson’s when my husband passed in 2020. So I thought I would get the same type of service and compassion when my mom passed last month. The salesperson was not warm or compassionate. It seemed to me all that was important was to charge me with all kinds of additional fees and about money only. It’s so sad when a person going through such an emotional time in their life to be having to answer questions on details that do nothing but cost them money. Dinged for every little thing. It was frustrating to me. So my opinion is. 1 star ⭐️
