We already knew of the phenomenal service here from a prior family funeral we had years ago, not knowing we would eventually have our daughter's unexpected funeral to arrange. We cannot provide enough praise for the incredible assistance provided to us by Kathryn and Mike as well as Reagan. They made the final viewing of our daughter possible, which words cannot express enough gratitude for, considering the extent of her injuries. After the unexpected loss of an infant of a family member, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a quick and timely manner. Kathryn made the process smooth and painless so that our family could focus on grief and the next steps. I cannot thank them enough for helping us with arrangements said and done before the holidays so that we all had peace and some closure. They were able to get us in quickly and made sure our sweet boy had a proper service and memorial. Should you ever need services, I would highly recommend. Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had. And not a good time to experience bad service when it comes to losing a family member and trying to take care of them. They tell you what you want to hear until they get your money then it’s basically on your own. Never contacted us when they pick my sons body up like they said they would. Was told 3-5 days after receiving his body is the normal time we could pick up his ashes. 8 days later we had to call them and ask what was going on. And was told not sure when they were going to receive his ashes back possibly another 4-5 days. Again was told they would find out and call back. Never got a call back that was on a Thursday. Friday at 2 pm we go down there and they’re closed imagine that. After multiple calls someone finally called us back and sent someone back to open up and give us his ashes. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful to treat people like this at this time in need. Definitely will never use or recommend them to anybody and will let everyone know how you will be treated.
