My 17 year old baby brother passed in March of this year and was taken care of by Major Family Funeral Home. Joy and Todd were nothing but compassionate and empathetic towards us in our time of grief. They took wonderful care of my brother and my family. Answering our never ending questions, offering advice for questions we didn’t even think to ask, hugging us through our tears, and gifting us with patience we needed to make impossible decisions. They were there for us from the first moments all the way through past his services which they made sure went perfectly. They honored my brother and his life through his obituary and headstone, guiding us through the process in a way that we will never forget. They treated us like family. If I could offer them a hundred star review I would. I couldn’t recommend them enough; they truly made the worst moments of our lives as easy as they possibly could.
