This review is based on an initial call for services. Rude and impolite are the first words that come to mind. They picked up the phone and just said "Hello", isn't this a business? My aunt had passed 3 hours before the call and I was getting information about services. After the hello, I let him know what I was looking for and all he said was "what do you want to do" in a rude matter as if he didnt want to be there. First impressions matter.

My grandmother recently passed. Calling around different funeral homes, this one would have to be the WORST one I called. The man on the phone (Robert?) made me feel extremely rushed and immediately limited my options when I mentioned we were Buddhist. He said for ALL Buddhist and Hindu rites, you only get 30 minutes before the actual cremation. When I explained although my grandmother was Buddhist, we would still like the viewing and the cremation separately, he said very curtly "No. That's how we do it here. We want it streamlined". My grandmother is a human being not some piece of meat you have to process through as fast as possible. You can be desensitized to death -- it's your line of work after all-- but at least have an iota of sympathy for the people and their love one's you still have to work with. Your cold, soulless attitude over the phone really ruined my image of you all.

Robert delivered exactly what he promised. He was on point to pick up my mom's body who passed away at home and her ashes came back even faster than what he had originally told me. His people were very nice and Robert was always available via text or cell. Even though I would have liked a couple of documents to have come a little faster, I understand that he has a business to run and we all want everything "yesterday". I was very pleased with the overall service.
