Our experience using A E Grier & Sons Funeral and Cremation was Phenomenal from the moment we walked through there door to make arrangements for my grandmother to laying her to rest to dropping us back home after. I have to say Janet Brown the apprentice was very knowledgeable and if she didn’t know an answer she found it for us. She did a brilliant job the whole way through she meant what she said when she said they will take good care of us. The gentleman that picked up the family in the family cars were very generous, polite and catered to our needs. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you for taking care of our needs the whole way through. This experience felt like working with family. Thank you again.

Terrible communication! I haven't received my loved ones death certificate yet after several weeks! I've had a couple of issues with them since the beginning and they weren't even hostng the funeral! Stacey always tells you they're gonna call you back and they don't, and when you call back they give you the run around! I'm sure they understand how important a death certificate is, and I don't even know if it's legal for them to be this incompetent with that kind of paperwork! I asked why it was taking so long and she didn't even have an answer, it's clearly, not a priority for them! If you're looking for an organized funeral home, this isn't it!

Please family do not patronize this funeral home. I went to see my brothers body. I wanted to see him not the parade that's planned for him. The funeral home stated. Yes his body is here and you are not seeing him per the wife.This Lady was very rude shown no empathy or compassion for the family members. I will contact the better Business bureau.
