I used A A Rayner and Son Funeral For my precious and beautiful daughter that was called home last week way to soon. We were treated with respect and dignity. They treated us like family. Took out the time to explain to us every process of the way. They was on time and everything went seamless. I really appreciate the wonderful job they did for me and my family. My grandmother Ms Howze was placed in the wrong casket. I went down in the basement where the caskets are and a price tag was on the casket my grandmother should have been in. The price they listed was almost a 100% markup. Although they corrected the matter, I never received an apology. During the viewing while the family were grieving one of the funeral home staff brought us a stand up floral arrangement. Minutes later he came back and took it without any explanation. A family member asked what was going on and he stated it was for someone else. Minutes after that they brought it back and said they were giving it to us. The next day after the service they took it from us again! The staff was not personable at all!
