DO NOT use their services!!! Chris will misrepresent himself.To me he has proven to be a suited, unprofessional, bible toting liar! This company has caused unnecessary stress and a nightmare to work with! The death of a love one is stressful enough without having to deal with Christopher Ferguson and Ferguson Funeral Services. I lost my daughter, Dec 2017 and used their services for her cremation. It was lies, delays, and months later that I received her ashes.On 12/20/23 I needed an amended death certificate and contacted Chris via text 12/20/23, Per Chris an amended death certificate cost was $37 which I sent via Zelle on 12/20/23, which he acknowledged receipt. On 1/27/24 I followed up with Chris via text and he replied waiting on Springfield. Slow forward to 9/3/24, texted Chris and got the same reply. On 9/8/24, feed up, I texted Chris requesting a refund or the amended certificate with no reply. On 9/13/24, I filed a complaint with the BBB and today the case was closed because of course Chris did not reply. Again, unless you want unnecessary stress and to deal with an unprofessional all dressed up in a suit, bible toting liar! DO NOT and I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
