I cannot say enough good things about Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Home in South County. From the time that I walked in to make final arrangements for my loved one until after the services, I found the entire staff to be so caring, so conscientious in wanting everything to be perfect and what I wanted, extremely pleasant and comforting, and professional. The visitation and service were both so well done. The set up was excellent, staff was on hand to see that everything went well and to answer any requests. In weeks to follow, they reached out to see how I was doing and shared some grief support sessions via text, which was perfect as emotionally, I was not ready to attend a session in person. When I ordered a special piece of jewelry they have available, they made certain everything was they way I wanted it to look, and called me as soon as it arrive. I can't thank the staff enough all they have done for me on behalf of my loved one. Others in our family of friends have indicated that they were o impressed and they had never been to a Service that was quite as well arranged and the staff so friendly, supportive and kind. I agree with them .... and then some.

We received outstanding service in Ziegenhein funeral home at South location. We worked with Dustin and Emily, and they were so professional and personal. Dustin explained all the options, and there were no hidden fees anywhere later on. It was easy to understand all fees, and prices were comfortable. They tried very hard to provide great services and make our experience as positive as possible in such situation. Dustin took time to make suggestions and help with all decisions! It was so much easier for me to let someone to be in charge when I was grieving my father. We are Ukrainians, and Dustin suggested yellow flowers with blue ribbon which are colors of Ukraine. It deeply touched my heart! He really paid attention to details when we could not think it through. I always will be appreciated for such hard work when these guys made sure that my dad’s funeral was very special. I highly recommend this funeral home to anyone who wants to have a very personal excellent service.
