Gary made me sign the rights away from my mother and refused for me to have to proper send off for her that I wanted. Even though I was the one who had the legal rights he was in contact with an out of state distant relative who got to call the shots. I was ignored and bullied by Gary the funeral director into signing away the rights to my mother. She stayed at their funeral home nearly 6 months due to this. Taking advantage of a young girl who lost her mother for money. This funeral home needs to be shut down. I have already made formal complaints with the licensing for funeral home directors. Now I don’t even know where my own mother is buried due to Gary and the Kutis team’s cruelty.

UNBELIEVABLY DISPRESPECTFUL… I never imagined I would have to grieve the loss of my friend while two large men stand menacingly to each side of the casket. We approached the casket and they both stepped even closer, almost right next to us, as we are trying to pay our respects. I have never personally witnessed such disrespect towards grieving families. The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable and we did not feel welcome in this business at any time while inside. Tell your loved ones to make their final arrangements with literally ANYONE else.

My mother passed away in March 2019. She had pre-made arrangements. When I was with her I had asked the lady if somebody doesn’t want to have an open casket, what do we put on them as far as clothing. They told me if we didn’t want to put a certain outfit on then they could just lay the body in the casket with a blanket, so when my mother passed away, we had her laid to rest in her pj’s. The funeral home never called me to ask me for the bottom half of her pajamas so I assumed that they were just going to put her blanket over her uncovered portion of her body, but when I got to the funeral home the morning of her funeral mass to view my mother before we went to church I asked the gentleman that was standing there with me What is this lump? And I pulled up her pajama top and she had on a strangers pair of jeans, I asked whose jeans and why does my mother have these pair of jeans on and he said well if the family doesn’t bring clothes, we keep extra clothes here to dress them. I wondered what they had on her feet now. I never received a phone call asking for her bottoms and at the point in time that I found out about it, we were getting ready to go to mass because my mother did not have an open casket. I realize it’s been four years but it’s taken me this long to finally vent because I really was and still am in complete shock. NEVER Kutis again.
