Youngs has taken care of 3 of my son's funerals. Mason was extremely compassionate and understanding and went above and beyond for our family! He even spent his birthday taking care of our families needs. He took such great care of my son that I truly can never repay his kindness. When my time comes. I plan to have them take care of me!

Everything was going great until the day of service we found out last minute that our funeral director who had taken care of every detail of our son's service was suddenly no longer there. We were not notified of this and there was no proper handoff of information until we showed up on the day of service. Oddly, the coffee bar was put in a back room out of sight of guests and service, they left us to figure most things out with the service, but most disappointing they did not collect a lock of hair as requested before cremating my young son. Would not recommend Young at all, which is disappointing becauase up until that point, Wren had been doing an amazing job. I don't know what happened to Wren but it is not only their loss but was ours as well.

Wren was amazing! She handled everything so effortlessly, my mind was not clear with all I had going on in my life so I did not see certain things and she fixed it all at the last minute and she made everything happen within a few days. I am very grateful!
