Dealing with this company is the worst experience that I can remember. When I first called Ron when my mother was on hospice, he was rude. After three times trying to talk to Ron, he told me to just call him when my mother passed. After that, it didn't get any better. Ron is overbearing and condescending. He is in the wrong business.
