From the phone call to my 1st meeting with Mark, the service and follow up, Wyes-Bollinger has been kind, patient and compassionate. Visiting my mom from out of state, I was informed of her failing health. I called many funeral homes but was met with indifference, impatience and high costs until I spoke with Mark at Wyers-Bollinger. Mark was kind and compassionate. He was helpful while explaining their services and listened to my concerns (most family members would be arriving from out of state). After my mom’s passing, he went out of his way to meet us at the facility where my mom was being prepared so my niece could say her final goodbye before the funeral. He even provided an officiant that was well liked when we couldn’t reach the pastor from the church our mom attended. Wyers-Bollinger Funeral Chapel is clean and the staff is kind and compassionate.
