I highly recommend going to Dovin! Mr Reidy is so very unprofessional it took everything I had in me to keep my composure. As I was standing at my grandmother's casket praying, Mr Reidy interrupted me and asked me to move so he can place flowers on the casket. Trying to keep my composure I stepped back while he leaned over my grandmother bumping and jarring her casket fighting with a bracket that holds the flowers. Mind you we had a full house of family and friends while he was doing this. If it wasn't for the "please calm down" looks I got from my aunts, I was on the verge of losing it.

Don’t walk. Run away from this funeral home !!! Horrible experience, MrReidy is incompetent, unprofessional and inconsiderate. He will rush you make arrangements, make distasteful comments during preparation, never has anything done correctly first time. I had to tell him numerous times had my mother’s date of death wrong! Never offered his condolences whole time we made arrangements! If my mom hadn’t prepaid him I would have went elsewhere.

Richard and Larissa are “genuine” in the care given to the families that they serve. They have handled arrangements for two friends I entrusted them with, my aunt and both of my parents. They have gone above and beyond to see that every detail was handled; every unique request was fulfilled and they accommodated both me and my family to the fullest. Richard made positive suggestions that made a difference in the visitation’s held and also with the funeral services that were “difference makers”. Dealing with Richard and Larissa is like working with extended family. You are made to feel comfortable during a time when your life is in an uproar due to your loss.
