Big thank you to Rudy, Sharon and the staff for a tremendous job you did on my Auntie, she looked beautiful. I can’t thank you enough for all the love, and compassion and support that you all showed me and my family. Not only with my Auntie but you showed the same compassion for when we lost our brother. My family thank you all so so much. We were at peace when you said you would take care of it and we won’t have to worry. Everyone was professional and yet so so patient and kind. The staff were very personable. The Funeral Director joked around too much. And unfortunately when you go into the place through the handicap entrance there was a room with bodies that were covered with sheets the room should have been closed. And a good measure would be at the end of the service would be not to say to the family that they can pick up the ashes at a later date. It should be expressed to the person who will be getting getting the ashes in privat
