I would truly love to thank Larry and his wonderful team at Woodhaven. I lost my daddy who was an army veteran and they went way above and beyond to make this as easy as possible. They made the arrangements for honor guard and active military personnel to be at my daddy’s funeral in the East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. From the funeral home to the honor guard and the VA employees at the cemetery who all went above and beyond to make sure they honored my daddy like he deserved. I don’t know how to express my gratitude for these wonderful people. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through and they all were there to make it easier. I could never forget them and all they have done for me. Thank you to you all.

Actually rate as a ZERO!!! Used car salesman looking Funeral Director can be bought. I will complete review when I’ve calmed down. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Also looking at your watch constantly is not appropriate and military protocol was NOT followed - looking into what I can file. ALL members of the family should be treated with respect!!! First let me say that Stephen, Mike and Jon are wonderful and helped me through one of the toughest times in my life. However, the following is a post I placed onto social media, I have filed a compliant with the State and am working on other means of correcting the problem. I will also note that the gnats are not in swarms like they were since the air was colder on my last visit, stench was still very strong. Here it is: I don't post personal business to social media. However, I am having a problem with the mausoleum located at Woodhaven Cemetery and would like to reach out to other families who may have loved ones buried there. Don't get me wrong, there are some wonderful people who work there and they provide a wonderful service to this community. My issue is with a SERIOUS maintenance problem that the corporation is refusing to acknowledge or address. Anyone else, other than myself, having a problem entering for visitation due to the air quality. The stench is overwhelming. If you haven't been recently, I recommend you visit.
