When my wife passed away after a very short illness, I couldn’t imagine how I would get through the final arrangements. I was familiar with Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel from their work with a very close friend. Adam and his team were awesome. They guided me through the process with compassion and caring, made sure I was comfortable with the many decisions that had to be made, helped me arrange a service that adhered closely to her wishes, and coordinated with a funeral home in another city so the service which was held there went off flawlessly, just like the one in Knoxville. These folks are thoroughly professional but also have a deep well of empathy and kindness which made a very difficult time easier. I don’t think I could have found a better place.

Nicole was wonderful to us. She was very helpful in helping us negotiate arrangements and challenges. Everyone at Rose Mann that we came in contact with was thoughtful and gracious. I would highly recommend them to assist during a difficult time.

I can’t say enough good things about Adam and his staff. I live out of town and had to plan everything long distance. They were so attentive to my many questions and went out of their way to help me. The day of service they were there to assist me in any way they could - making sure everything was set up for the reception, offering several accessories they had for me to borrow, keeping us informed about the schedule etc …I could go on and on. To the staff at Rose Mann: Thank you so much for helping make a hard time in our lives a little easier to handle. Your support and effort made things stress free regarding the planning and executing. We appreciate your attentiveness to the memory of my brother.
