I would love to thank everyone at Wolniak, our mother passed away June 2024. This was the first time my family and I had to prepare or coordinate a funeral arrangement. From meeting with Tom, then Angel, working with Yolanda and other amazing staff members they assisted in making this process and smooth as possible for us during this time of grieve. Professionalism 100%, staff closed the coffee area 30 min prior to the end, they cleaned up for us and had all the leftovers ready and organized for us to take home. The following day, they did an amazing job allowing my dad then immediate family following from Wolniak to the church service then to the cemetery. They checked in with us frequently and made sure we didn't have to worry about anything besides spend our time as a family together grieving our loss.

I would like to thank The Wolniak Funeral home for allowing us to share our heartfelt thoughts and memories in our grandmother's guest book. We greatly appreciate the kindness considering the lack of human decency shown to us by others. Thank you for your services when it came time for my grandmother's celebration of life to be had. I'm very grateful for the compassion bestowed upon us.

It was super early morning, before 7.40am, my husband and I parked on the side street of the funeral home to open an app to look something up and were there 20 seconds before someone came out and told us we "cant" park there. My husband pointed out there was a street sign that said there was 1 hour parking and the staff said we can't park there beacuse there's a funeral. Both their parking lots were empty even the back parking spaces, the side street we were on had a hearse but we were parked 2 spaces away from it and the front of the business also had no cars parked and no one was going in or out. We were basically there less than a minute total but the staff kept saying if we weren't part of the funeral we couldn't park there. Even when my husband pointed out the street sign the man kept insisting we couldn't park there. I don't want to assume it's because we are POC and he wasn't but there was no reason to confront us for parking on a public street that no one was using for 1 minute.
