I will bge up front and say that i don't really fear dying. how ever, i guess i better be scared, because i fear getting a shabby funeral! undercover boss needs to get here fast. get this place inspected inside and out. oh in the first review about the keys, maybe by some invisible force way beyond all of us, maybe they cut the tires! ok my bad. but geeeeesh! i guess people can't die with the satisfaction that caring people give! so they can't die right! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! You couldn't pay me enough to have a loved one's service here! I've been here way too many times, at least four times! I begged and pleaded with my grandfather not to have our grandmother's service here. My grandfather was stuck in the past when Ms. Johnson owned the place and took great care of the community. During the meeting, the woman in charge discussing the service was inattentive and kept attempting to upsell, not in a subtle professional way either. She had no regard for our wishes. These people in charge do not care. I was present for a friend's service. One of their employees thought it would be a good idea to interrupt the service to ask loudly if anyone had dropped their keys! Really guy? Now you want to be helpful? Why is there a hearse with four flat tires in the parking lot? The building has not undergone any meaningful upgrades to include the simplest of things. The staff stated the home can accommodate 100 guests; nothing could be further from the truth. There is not enough space for more than 30 people inside! While in the parking during my friend's funeral, a transport van arrived with the remains of a recently deceased person. There was a cone, blocking the parking lot. The driver of the van exits, while blasting heavy bass driven music to move the cone. The driver while still blasting music begins to unload the person at the rear of the funeral home. I heard in disbelief as the stretcher was drug down the stairs into their preparation area. You could hear the stretcher slamming on every step. I walked to the rear of the building and confirmed there was no ramp or a second person to assist with the intake of the person. Hate is a strong word. I HATE this place and the people who work there, they do not care. Please find a different funeral home, one who will treat your loved one with dignity and respect. Years later, I still avoid Warren Street and passing this place. What a shame!

I paid three hundred dollars for a paster.He spoke for 4 mins.and didn't mention my daughter's name not once.He told everyone his life story, but not once did he ask about my daughter. He Quoted a scripture,but that is not a blessing. I want a refund. Now All the sudden I can't reach julia who's in charge. Is she does not return my phone calls. This funerals hall definitely went down hill
