Tyler and Sherry (I’m sorry if that’s spelled incorrectly) were so compassionate, professional, and open to what we needed, wanted, and they were there to give us the information, but never push us in one way or another. There was nothing but transparency and empathy for our situation, and it felt so good to know that we were taken care of like that. Trusting them with our mom (Cheri) was an easy choice.

It's hard to imagine how Wilson Miller could have made this experience any better. They are kind, compassionate, caring and yet completely professional. They provided guidance and recommendations without ever pushing us or trying to 'sell' us anything. The result was a nicer funeral for my mother than I had even hoped for. I cannot say enough good about these people.

My family used the transport & funeral services of Wilson Miller Funeral home in Midland, MI last month after our father passed away in Ann Arbor, MI. We have used their services a few times in the past and, once again, they DID NOT disappoint. Craig Pickelman, and his staff were friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with sensitivity and ease needed during this difficult time for us. It was not easy for us the day Tyler helped us select a casket, the print work, provide information, etc. We never felt rushed, prodded, or like we were just the next in line. All the logistical items were clear, and his patience was never-ending with our questions and decision making. He explained everything in detail. He definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was so very much appreciated and comforting. Wilson Miller helped us provide a funeral that was absolutely perfect for our dad, they not only showed great respect, and care throughout, but were so compassionate. They walked us through, or handled for us, details we didn’t know were needed. I will quote my brother who is not from the Midland area, consequently, has no knowledge of Wilson Miller but said they are “Top Notch”, from having someone stationed at the door for people coming and going, to making sure the coffee was filled at all times. If you need a funeral home to actually assist you during the tough time of losing your loved one and one that makes you feel like they sincerely care about what you are going through, this is definitely where you want to be. I highly recommend them and their chapel is lovely and clean. We cannot thank Craig, Tyler, Todd and the rest of their staff enough! They truly made a difference for our entire family during this whole process.
