Williams & Sons Funeral Home intentionally misrepresented facts and engaged in deceptive practices. Terry Willams charged me excessive fees and sold me unnecessary products and services. He broke a legally binding contract and blocked me from his mobile number refusing to communicate with me less than 24 hours from my family members services when I was trying to bring the money to his offices. Then he refused to deliver my families cremains to the funeral home the next day for her services. He still has my family members remains and is refusing to send me a written statement of itemized charges. He is not making it convenient to visit the office only allowing me to stop by Mon-Fri 9-6 PM, which is during my working hours. Forcing me to have travel 1 hour 15 min. to see the bill in person. This means I would have to leave his office then go pick up the check for the balance. This is a huge inconvenience at one of the most difficult times in my life. I lost 5 days of pay due to the lost of this family member in addition to other cost I've incurred as a result of the lost of my family member. He even told me and that once he tasted the cremains of customers loved one and it tasted very very salty. This was his explanation to my family members 24 year old daughter when she asked what the cremains would look like. I am absolutely disgusted with his behavior and would not suggest you let this company handle your loved ones remains. YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS UP. Do not use this company. If I could I would give no stars.

I have to say that Terry is very professional and he really helps the family in their time of need. The only nursing home my family use near and far.
