I can't say enough about the care and level of concern we received from Allen and Kathy when we made my mom's arrangements. The communication was amazing. They were very empathetic of our wishes and how we wanted the services. On top of that I received a call from Allen just 2 days ago to let me know that my dad who is suffering from not only massive grief but memory issues was at the funeral home asking for the death certificates. Allen called my sister and I and tried to keep my dad there by just talking to him until my sister got there. I live in Nevada and this is in Texas. My dad left though and next thing I know Allen is calling to say he is following my dad because he was so concerned! Who does that? I can't thank him enough for doing that. Just over a week ago, I travelled to Conroe from Ireland for my Auntie Lena’s funeral. To lose someone so dear, and so so far away, was incredibly difficult. It brought with it many worries about how to organise her funeral from a different country. I need not have worried at all.
