Pam Williams the owner of Williams Funeral Home is God sent. When my mother passed I met with her and she was compassionate and patient. She made sure that all of the funeral arrangements were perfect before I walked out the door. I was confident that the funeral (graduation of my mom going home) would be amazing. There was a mix up on my end because I tried to save money by ordering my mother’s casket online. The casket never got delivered and I was charged. I was upset at myself for being scammed online and went to Pam three days before the funeral. She quickly got to work by making arrangements and saved the day for my family and I. She was able to order us a new and more affordable casket that aligned with our budget. On top of that, she came to the repass to ensure that our family was satisfied and we were and are! A few weeks after the funeral I received a card from Williams Funeral Home thanking me for my business. The customer service that Pam and her staff blessed our family with before, during and after the funeral is something that doesn’t happen every day. I would recommend Williams Funeral Home and Pam to anyone as the best funeral home to properly give your family member a wonderful home going.

The director at Williams funeral home located at 753 McPherson St, in Mansfield, OH has a shady way of conducting business! My family recently experienced the loss of our loved one and entrusted Williams funeral home with the arrangements for a proper service. Although, the service was provided at a satisfactory level. My aunt who was in charge of handling the final details with Pam (director) learned that after she had advised Pam that she would be handling purchasing and designing of a memorial (headstone) at a later time found that she had already been charged for it along with a few other questionable charges that were charged and billed up front for the entire cost of the funeral. My aunt specifically asked NOT to be charged for the product/ service upfront. This ultimately put my family in the position to purchase a memorial from a company that Williams funeral home affiliates with, not to mention the monument company is located out of the area creating a complete and total inconvenience. Pam knowingly did this at a time where my family was most vulnerable and trusted her. Please please understand that she is operating under her own rules she plays by her book and at the end of the service the only thing she is truly concerned about is your check clearing.

Marc Caldwel went above and beyond to make my uncles funeral a painful process. My father, my uncles brother, passed away years ago and with a car full of my fathers grand and great grands Marc kicked me out of the funeral line saying "I don't belong in it". Not wanting to make a scene I drove ahead to the cemetery and parked on a side road. Marc showed up a few minutes later, walking up to my car screaming at me for showing up. During the funeral as programs were being handed out I asked for one and was looked at then passed over. Even when going to sit with my family (we were 10minutes late) I was aggressively grabbed and an attempt to push me to the other side of the church was made. Later the woman came and apologized saying she didn't realize who I was. NOTHING about the care/service is how not just a close family member but ANYONE should be treated!!! As a Hospice nurse I can grantee I will advise any family member I treat away from Williams!!!
