Tim was wonderful. Very kind, organized & friendly. He helped with everything from suggestions to just kind words. Very easily gave us all of our options & was very responsive.

It's hard to say goodbye. Tim and May Funeral Home were so kind, helpful and understanding of what I needed to do after the passing of my husband. So many things to think about and plan for, yet all was communicated clearly and my questions answered promptly. Their help in making a hard time and day go very smoothly was such a relief. I had my husbands funeral here in Oct. When our oldest daughter reached out to Mays Funeral Home they were extremely prompt to respond. They answered all of our questions and explained everything up front on the phone. They were extremely curtesy and comforted my entire family. Tim and there was a woman (I’m sorry I forgot her name) walked us through each stage of the process. We never felted pressured in any way and they never tried to push us into selecting a more expensive item. Everything was our choice and any questions we had they answered. They went above and beyond, including getting Phillies pennants incorporated into the flower arrangements. They even assisted with paperwork and they reached out to me 3 months later via letter to offer names of grief support groups/persons.
