Wilbraham funeral home has worked with my family for several deaths. I have personally found them to be very attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire process. At my cousins funeral recently, I arrived early and was asked to wait in my vehicle until his immediate family arrived and was able to go in together. When his wife/widow arrived, she informed the funeral Director that it was OK for guests to go in and that she didn’t need to have the viewing ahead of time. Also, my husband is handicapped and the director and his team were very helpful in getting him a close parking spot. I have been to several funerals, including my own son, at the Wilbraham funeral home and they have been exceptional with their services to me. I will continue to highly recommend Wilbraham Funeral Home.

Wilbraham funeral home has been taking care of my family for years. Lori, Frank and Helen all have gone above and beyond to help us lay our beautiful family members to rest. Most recently my father’s funeral was beautiful, and any request that we made the, funeral home met. Lori went above and beyond Helping me get memorials, Comforting me, And just guiding our family through this whole process. The funeral home is beautiful, the atmosphere is full of love, and we could not have made such an amazing tribute to my father without them. My family loves this company And will always reach out to them in our hardest times as they will always be there for us. I can assure you, I will never recommend anybody else. thank you guys for everything you do, you are simply the BEST!

Wilbraham funeral home use to be a decent place. However it must be under new owners. The wake for my brother was totally unorganized. So many complaints The most prominent one was no opportunity for immediate family to view my brother privately. In fact we were standing behind some random guest. As we arrived our names were taken and all four siblings cars were parked to the side in front. Only to find we were directed to the end of the procession line. The gentleman that was running it clearly had no clue to what he was doing. I would not recommend this funeral home to anyone.
