My experience with Whitten Timberlake Chapel when my Dad passed away was above and beyond what I anticipated. From the people who came to the house to pick up my Dad, to the funeral director, the people in the crematorium, and the receptionist - everyone was so professional, caring, and made such a difficult time more easier to navigate through. Courtnie was our funeral director and I cannot express how effortless she made everything for me - she provided such an exceptional experience. Very empathetic, detailed, complete follow through - she even contacted me the day of the service to ask how everything went. She took care of all the little details and gave me information I didn’t even know I needed. I highly recommend Whitten Timberlake Chapel. I only wish we had used their services when my Mom passed away a few years ago. Whitten offers a personalized and completely different and better experience which is what you need when going through an emotional hardship with the death of a loved one. I appreciate everyone there who showed compassion and guidance during my Dad’s passing and Celebration of Life service preparation.

She went above and beyond to ensure our family felt supported in our time of grief, and her professionalism combined with her genuine kindness made an incredibly difficult time a bit easier. We also want to recognize Ilia for her care and meticulous attention to detail in preparing Cash for his celebration of life. Her dedication and precision were evident, and she helped make the day a beautiful and heartfelt tribute to him.

Whitten Funeral Home is amazing. We called them based on a google review and were extremely happy we had. They are incredibly caring, very informed and go above and beyond. We were backed up against a holiday weekend and had some tight deadlines. Paul, Kemp, Francine and the intern (sorry, I forgot your name) at Timberlake Chapel found out all the paperwork we needed to transport cremated remains to the Philippines and managed the entire process for us. They got us death certificates very fast and provided all the paperwork we needed for social security. They even found and obtained a life insurance benefit that we didn’t know we had. They were incredibly helpful and kind. I am so grateful and I can’t recommend them enough.
