My mother's passing was an unexpected tragedy. My first contact was from the hospital- an hour after she passed. I spoke to Kallan, and he was so comforting- I'm sure I didn't make much sense in that call! He assured me that he would take care of my mom from that point on, and I immediately knew I could trust him. During the entire process, Kallan was incredible.
