I have had two recent losses, giving me an opportunity to compare the services of Brothers Mortuary and Crematory in Hamilton with the one here in Missoula. The difference in my experience was profoundly significant. Ron Brothers is head and shoulders above the other. Every step of the way I was gently guided through the process with respect and attention that can only come from an individual who really does care. They made considerations for me that the corporation in Missoula either couldn’t or wouldn’t allow, making this second loss much easier and more meaningful. Before I had these experiences, I thought all funeral homes would be about the same, except maybe the price. Now I know there is a world of difference between them. The higher price wasn’t the better one either. Brothers was over a third less expensive. Thank you, Ron, for understanding how sacred this time is for us.
