Very unorganized and unprofessional. We was left to sit outside for 30 minutes with no instructions to leave. No flags, no line, no police escort. nothing. The people who work here have finally gave instructions 49 minutes after waiting. They took us down a CLOSED road where the driver had to get out and move construction blockades. Still no police escort to help us get on the highway thankfully two nice people stopped traffic. You take the worst day of someone's life and make a mess of it. I hope none of you have to experience this.

To my understanding Cresthaven is under new management. There are reviews on here from the past that aren't in their favor. That was then and this is now. Cresthaven did my Father-in-law's Funeral on Oct 23rd 2021 and did a fine job. John was very caring and helpful during our time of sorrow.

To say that I am angry is an understatement, I'm so frustrated that I am ready to contact an Attorney to get a refund for the $3,500.00 I paid for a grave marker for my Mother's grave last year in October and still have not gotten. I have called and left my name and number several times for Bobby to call me back, which she NEVER does. My husband made 2 trips there last month to get answers but only got the run around. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
