We used West Resthaven funeral home when my father passed away (2016) and more recently when my mother passed away. Jeannette Rosiek was the funeral director each time. We were treated with kindness and concern. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase a more costly item or an item we felt to be unnecessary. We would have been lost without her guidance from filling out required paperwork, submitting the obituary, and planning the burial, and subsequent memorial. She eased our burden and provided great comfort.

Jeannette and Lisa made us feel as comfortable and at ease as anyone could in our situation. Our parents were killed in a car accident and we were in shock. They knew our parents and took great care of them and that help us in our time of need. No one should have to experience what we did, but Resthaven staff helped us through everything, with kindness and love.

My husband just recently passed away. West Resthaven Funeral Home handled his Celebration of Life and final arrangements. My assigned Funeral Director was Amber Castelo. Amber was exceedingly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She was very comforting and handled my every wish with patience and excellence. She arranged the catering services from West Resthaven. The food was delicious and plentiful. I am still receiving compliments on how beautifully his services were conducted. Amber is so exceptional at her profession that she even corrected an error that was done by a former Funeral Director on my Mother's funeral cards from 5 years prior. She made the correction and gave me enough cards for me and my siblings. She really went above and beyond her scope of duties and made every effort to console and comfort my family.
