Wayne Russell Funeral Service was absolutely amazing! When my Father transitioned in 2014 they were very hospitable and I felt like family not just another number. That meant a lot to me. Mrs. Shelia Russell was amazing with helping me and mom with my Dad’s funeral arrangements and burial. I would recommend them any day! Thank you Wayne Russell Funeral Service.

If I could give this Place 0 Stars I would. Mrs. Russell is very Unprofessional. My Grandfather's Service was Very Unorganized. The Day of the funeral they did not even have his plot Dug up which put the Service Back like an Hour. I've Been calling this lady for 2 Months just to receive Documents that were supposed to be received Months ago for my Father . She sends you to Voice-mail or gets on the phone and Acts as if she is SOMEONE ELSE She has done that twice to US. We can't even grieve properly due to Trying to Track her down. I don't know if her Business is already Shut down but if it isn't DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY. Not to mention the Day of my Grandfather's Service I couldn't grieve properly because I had to ask where alot of things were that was paid for that wasn't at the service and she CRIED ON MY SHOULDER because she knew it was going Horribly. I am the one that LOSS a love one. I am just WARNING YOU. We have been nothing but nice and professional with her and have had a tremendous amount of Patience trying to resolve this issue. I will definitely get this matter resolved just do not do Business with her. Just saving you the Trouble

ATTENTION: If I could give 0 stars I would!! THIS FUNERAL HOME IS TERRIBLE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! They are unprofessional, inconsistent, liars and they give you the run around!!! They damn near ruined the service, nothing was in place and it didn't start on time. She lies straight to your face or just won't answer her phone. How dare you treat people like this when we're grieving, I hope this business gets shut down‼️
