The staff at Watson's were amazing with my dad's cremation. Even though I had no service they helped me with the paperwork on the life insurance and they followed up to make sure I got the checks then they called & texted me a couple times to make sure I was okay. Very caring & thoughtful people. Haley took such good care with my dad .

I have never had to plan a service before, but Mark walked me through every step & answered every question I had. He truly made the process a lot easier while I was morning the loss of my son. All of the staff at Watson Thomas were the most professional & the most compassionate people. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me.
