We recently went to a visitation at Hinchcliff in Galesburg. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the end of visitation. With 10 minutes left of the visitation, we and about 20+ individuals were asked to leave.The funeral home simply did not have time for us. I never in my wildest dreams would have imagined that I and others would be kicked out of a visitation service. I have definitely crossed them off of my list for end of life services!
