Jordan and team did a phenomenal job and have been supportive and patience throughout this entire process. I highly recommend Washburn McReavy for families who face making arrangements for loved ones.

I went to this place because my two sister's cremations were handled by them back in 2017 and 2021. My brother was in hospice and I was instructed by HealthPartners hospice staff to designate a funeral home before he passed away to ease the process. I went to W-Mc as they were listed on his prepaid burial fund. I was very distraught, and upset having to deal with such a delicate task, and the woman I met with was so rude, loud, made jokes and just treated it like a transaction, she actually asked me "so, how's life treating you?"!!! I was befuddled and astonished that she was so callous! She stated that "whichever funeral home I select, they will submit billing". I ran out of there as fast as I could, not looking back, I couldn't believe how insensitive she was. Needless to say, i did not return when the time came to make arrangements, I am so happy I selected Mueller Memorial Funeral Home in St Paul, they handled everything with compassion and professionalism, I cannot thank them enough for helping me through this time, and I highly recommend them!

Our experience hasn't been good. When we initially connected with their offices following the death of a family member we arranged to come to the office on a Friday. The person we had arranged to meet just fifteen to twenty minutes before left for the weekend as we arrived. Someone else stepped up, and we completed the paperwork but then they did not communicate with us as had been arranged as our family member was moved and cremated. When I called a week after we were supposed to hear back to find out what had happened and if things had progressed at all it took them about fifteen or twenty minutes to find the records. The first day they needed us to run a check over immediately before they closed, once they had that check it really felt like we didn't matter anymore. We have not had a burial yet and I appreciate that they aren't hurrying us but they have not contacted us since except with a follow up marketing survey which was a pitch for other services they offer. I felt like that was rude. When we have been on site the staff has been professional, but we have been disappointed and I wouldn't recommend Washburn-McReavy at this time.
