Heather was very good at directing the services , I have no complaints there, but that’s the only good comment I have. They were late in ordering my husbands VA foot marker( I got a call a few months after he passed away with an apology for the “oversight”)and it took months to get there, secondly I was told it could be a year to get my husbands headstone and here we are 14 months in and still no headstone. I’ve heard every excuse as to why it’s not there, and there are those that were buried after my husband that have theirs already placed. The next step is contacting an attorney to get my husbands headstone placed. Don’t take a chance with this place if you want any assistance after you hand a check to them, the caring stops after money is placed in their hands!
