Never posted obituary after saying they did then quickly throwing something together almost 3 weeks later. No compassion. No I'm sorry for your loss. Update: This was never resolved. When they saw the review, they sent me an email asking what I wanted. All I wanted was some compassion and a tribute to my grandfather. I never responded to their email and published an obituary through a different publication. Not one time did I get "I'm sorry for your loss" or any simple courtesy.
