I called to make cremation arrangements for my dog earlier this week. The lady said they could, all I needed to do was drop my dog at the Mansfield location and she even said she would call them to let them know I was coming the next day. Well I came from Seville(53 mins away) with a 90lb dethawing dog to be told they don’t do pet cremation anymore. I was so upset because it was later in the day and I didn’t where to go from there other then taking my pup home and some how putting her in my chest freezer.
