Recently attended a visitation of a loved one. Sad to see the funeral home seems to not care much. Funeral homes typically have an attendant at the door. They had one who sat never greeted, never held the door for anyone, and didn't assist with direction for people to know where to get in line, which people were not in any controlled environment. Seats were set up in middle of the room, instead of an environment for visitation. Very run down inside, needs a face-lift. Restroom very dark. A lamp in the corner. The least they could do is make sure it's a welcoming environment. RB

I would like to address the review by Emily M. We are not sure what your review pertains to. There has never been anyone removed from the funeral home or forbidden to attend a service or visitation at our funeral home.

We lost a love one on 12/26/2016 then lost one on 02/23/2017 our first experience at this and Heyle was so bad they did nothing at all but want your money and get you out of there went to Dendow Primm and what a difference the respect and worked with us all the way through. I would never recommend Heyle to anyone to handle a funeral for a loved one or even my family dog.
